Dignity
Dignity is steadfastness in a world falling apart, without having to be right. Dignity is remaining upright, even when nothing is clear anymore.

Dignity is an existential decision: how you walk your life and therefore how you will die.
Beyond reasons, beyond utility, dignity is a powerful force. Independent of any approving, it is your most intimate relationship with life.
In times of collapse, dignity is what allows you to remain present to life itself.
Leadership
Leadership in a context of wholeness means serving life. You offer yourself to life using you. You stand in what is not yet named, holding a clear sense of the context you stand for and in.

You are the origin of the space that is becoming through you. Your presence is the expression of what has become. By standing in it, you hold this possibility. Without you, this possibility ceases to exist.
This is why leadership is your commitment to what you have become as a way ob being-in-the-world.
You have the courage to stand in what is not yet named.
Your becoming allows you to become the word you stand for.
Then your word is the embodiment of your way of being.
You are integrity.
Leadership means generating reality.
Generating reality means creating context.
Anybody can be a leader.
Solutions are Infinite
The universe is full of solutions. Recognizing solutions goes along with the ability to change perspective. Oftentimes it is our own limitation that prevent us from seeing them.
