Context Work is based on recognizing, choosing and serving.
It is about ontology, practice and playgrounds.
Context Work explores the assumptions underlying human existence. It traces paths in the realm of language and maps life-serving possibilities. The experience of being shapes language. And the understanding of being shapes experience.
Shifting ontology is the foundation of Context Work. It is a choice and a new playground. And it requires courage – and when you recognize language as the power that generates reality – it challenges your responsibility for life.
Ontology
Language is the shaping power of your existence. It shapes what you can think, what you are allowed to feel, and what is possible to you.
Choice
The context of your choice defines what is possible. You create possibilities by your own becoming. This is the reality-generating power of language.
Playground
Your context is the playground you create. This is human freedom and challenge. It opens up a deeper understanding of responsibility.
The distinctions of Context Work offer change makers and life lovers a linguistic foundation for transformation, the existential challenges of it and the potential for recognizing emerging possibilities.
Reality is an act of translation – an enormous reduction in complexity, coherent and logical once we move within it. My work invites you to experience this flexibility, take a stand for what you most long for – and embody what you stand for.
The following topics are invitations. Invitations to step beyond dominant thinking. Invitations to remember your belonging to the always-been wholeness. Invitations to generate new realities.
Generating Reality
Being true to your word is the basis for you generating life serving reality. Being true to your word means your word is rooted in your Being. This is practical leadership.
Your words are an expression of your intimate relationship with life. With your words you share a way of being with the world. Your words create human possibility.
The integrity of your words is shown in the elegance of actions. Not because you have to prove anything, but because you play your best game where there is no outer measure.
Generating reality is the very potential, risk, and freedom of being human.
Leadership
Leadership in a context of wholeness means serving life. You offer yourself to life using you. You stand in what is not yet named, holding a sense of the context you stand for.
You are the origin of the space that is becoming through you. Your presence is the expression of what has become. By standing in it, you hold this possibility. Without you, this possibility ceases to exist.
This is why leadership is your commitment to what you have become as a way of being-in-the-world.
You have the courage to stand in what is not yet named.
Your becoming allows you to become the word you stand for.
Then your word is the embodiment of your way of being.
You are integrity.
Leadership means generating reality.
Generating reality means creating context.
Anybody can be a leader who has the courage to take a stand.
Solutions are Infinite
The universe is full of solutions. Recognizing solutions goes along with the ability to change perspective. Oftentimes it is our own limitation that prevent us from seeing them.
Solutions are infinite in the moment when you let go of defending a perspective.
In the very essence, this means giving up your conception of being human and becoming a vessel of creation.
As you step aside from what you think you are, you enter into the fluidity of possibility.
This is not just a great place to be—this is remembering you are an innate part of life’s creative evolution.
When you allow yourself to move beyond your concepts, possibilities you couldn’t imagine become visible.
Dignity
Dignity is steadfastness in a world falling apart, without having to be right. Dignity is remaining upright, even when nothing is clear anymore.
Dignity is the love for life knowing of its transience.
Dignity is loyalty.
Not out of moral thinking, but out of respect for the living essence of every moment.
Dignity is not about saving.
Dignity is an existential decision: how you walk your life and therefore how you will die.
Beyond reasons, beyond utility, dignity is a powerful force. Independent of any approving, it is your most intimate relationship with life.
In times of collapse, dignity is what allows you to remain present to life itself.
